Worry Cup Ring

ABOUT
When we worry, we tend to get things out of proportion. Psychologists have found that imagining our troubles as physically smaller can really help us. The worry cup lets you imagine your worries fitting safely into its pleasing shape, + every so often, you can enjoy the feeling of emptying the cup, of letting your worries go. Like the worry stone, the sensation of rubbing your thumb in the worry cup offers a way to self soothe.

We offer the Worry Cup Ring in Recycled Sterling Silver, Recycled 9ct Yellow Gold,  Fairmined Sterling Silver or Fairmined 9ct Yellow Gold. (Ring shank is not Fairmined).
